Bulphan Village Community Forum is an independent non political voluntary group made up of representatives from Bulphan including villagers, schools, local businesses, voluntary, community and faith groups.  We are allocated a very small annual budget from Thurrock Council, which covers admin only, but we can apply for funding from other sources, to create or improve local projects which benefit the village community. By attending the forum meetings you can have a say in how any money is spent.

Meetings are also regularly attended by local councillors, the police and other agencies - this is a two way conversation: local people can raise issues and concerns and the agencies can involve forums in consultation and information sharing.
