Bulphan Village Community Forum is an independent non political voluntary group made up of representatives from Bulphan including villagers, schools, local businesses, voluntary, community and faith groups.  We are allocated an annual budget from Thurrock Council and can apply for funding from other sources. We use this money to create or improve local projects which benefit the village community. By attending the forum meetings you can have a say in how this money is spent.  Any local organisations or individuals with a project which would benefit the community are invited to complete an application form (available from treasurer@bulphancf.org.uk) and submit it for approval by those at the Open Meeting.

Meetings are also regularly attended by local councillors, the police and other agencies - this is a two way conversation: local people can raise issues and concerns and the agencies can involve forums in consultation and information sharing.
